The Surprising Connection

Here's what doesn't get said often enough: the sequencing of thermal stressors matters as much as the stressors themselves. Heat and cold are not just opposites—they trigger different cellular programs. Heat is anabolic-adjacent. It supports protein synthesis, promotes blood flow, activates repair cascades.
